PERSONAL TAX AND SALARY SERVICES
The HT Group began in 1992 under the name of Horsburgh & Co. The founder of Horsburgh & Co was Karl Horsburgh, a Chartered Accountant, Réviseur d’Entreprises and member of the Ordre des Experts Comptables. Karl became the Managing Director of HT Group.
During 2007, the corporate structure was revised and a number of new companies were formed. Each company has its own specific functions.
In March 2012, the Personal Tax and Salary Administration business was taken over by Fiduciaire Jean-Marc Faber and then in April 2012, the Company Formation, Accounting, Corporate Tax and VAT and Audit business was taken over by Vistra.
The HT Group was also part of AGN International, an association of independent accountants with offices throughout the world and Vistra has retained this membership.
