OUR CAPABILITIES
We can carry out all types of audits as Luxembourg Réviseurs d'Entreprises or as UK Chartered Accountants.
Our audit teams are headed up by two former big four qualified auditors with a wealth of practical experience. We work under International Auditing Standards and in addition we closely follow the requirements and standards of the Luxembourg IRE (Institut de Réviseurs d'Entreprises).
ANNUAL AUDIT OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
We are able to complete annual audits for all
types of commercial companies. In addition, we can also also carry out Statutory
Audits under Luxembourg Law where required.
In addition to standard annual audits
carried out under International Auditing Standards, there are other areas where our

DUE
DILIGENCE
Where companies are being taken over, either as part of a restructuring
or as an acquisition, we can perform the necessary due diligence checks on both local
and offshore companies involved in the structure to ensure that they are in order
and actually own the assets shown in their financial statements.
CONTRIBUTIONS IN
KIND
In cases where the capital of a new company is being contributed, either wholly
or partially, in the form of an asset other than cash, or where the capital of a
company is being increased by some asset other than cash, we can issue the valuation
reports for the contribution in kind as required under Luxembourg Law.
FILM PRODUCTION
CERTIFICATES
Tax deductible certificates for expenses incurred in the production of
films in Luxembourg are granted by the Luxembourg tax administration based on a report
issued by a Luxembourg Réviseur d'Entreprises. We can carry out the work required
to issue such certificates.
